Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the The Biriyani Club website, bookings and online orders. This is a template and should be reviewed by your legal advisor before launch.

Bookings

Table reservations are subject to confirmation and availability. We may release tables held more than 15 minutes past the booking time.

Orders & payment

Online orders are confirmed once payment is processed by Stripe. Prices include GST. We prepare orders fresh; please review your cart before checkout as changes may not be possible once cooking begins.

Allergens

Our dishes may contain nuts, dairy, gluten and other allergens, and are prepared in a shared kitchen. Please tell us about any allergies before ordering.
